Our agents work remotely from the Philippines but are part of a tightly managed system based in the U.S. All team members go through a rigorous selection process and are onboarded directly into our internal call center environment before ever being assigned to a client-facing role.

We don't believe in handing someone a script and calling it training. Every agent is coached, monitored, and mentored under real conditions — working within our proprietary systems, call flows, and live call queues. This allows us to develop talent from the inside out, ensuring that only those who demonstrate professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness become part of our client teams.
