TCPA Disclosure and SMS Terms

5x5 Contact Services provides clients the option to receive SMS (text message) notifications when new account messages or updates are available in the client portal. These messages are strictly informational and will never include marketing or promotional content.

Opt-In and Consent

SMS notifications are disabled by default. To begin receiving text messages from 5x5 Contact Services, you must first text the word START to our messaging number.

By doing so, you provide express written consent to receive automated, non-marketing text messages related to your account. START will only enable SMS delivery if your phone number has already been associated with your message distribution preferences within our system.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Common triggers include new message alerts or important status updates related to your service.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. 5x5 Contact Services is not responsible for any charges incurred from your service provider.

How to Opt Out
